Returns and right of withdrawal

The company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c. seeks to ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer.
The company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c. will refund the entire cost of the products that are returned by the Customer not used and not damaged and accompanied by the invoice or sales receipt with accurate description of the fault. Refunds will be processed with the same method of payment provided for the purchase. The purchased goods may be returned within maximum 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. The products purchased online will be refunded nor returned at physical outlets.

Delivery costs are not refundable.

The delivery costs for the return of the Products shall be borne by the customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for the return is not refundable.

The company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c. reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not meet the requirements mentioned in the preceding paragraph. Each delivery contains easy to follow instructions for the return of the Products.

The company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c. undertakes to promptly refund the customer no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written order cancellation and return of the product. It is recommended to ship the Products to be returned using an insured carrier in order to trace the shipment.

The company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c. will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation of those Products that have been lost, which have been stolen or damaged. According to Art. 64 of Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005, you are entitled to cancel the contract without penalty and without giving any reason within a period of 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products, except as provided in the following paragraphs.

a written communication with return receipt shall contain:

the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005; an indication of the Products for which the Client wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal; the order number issued at the time of purchase; The communication can be sent within that period of 15 (fifteen) working days also via telegram, telex, fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 (forty eight) hours. Should the Customer decide to modify or delete the submitted order, please send an e-mail to info@gioiellosrl.it within 24 hours from when it was made.

The company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c. will do its utmost to meet customer requirements. However, once the product has been sent, the order can not be canceled or modified until such time as the goods has been duly returned to the company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c..

In this case reference is made to the procedure described in the previous paragraphs.
