Transport and delivery

For safety reasons, no deliveries will be made to post office boxes and the order will not be processed.
For every order placed on the website, the company Calzaturificio MARCO IOMMI s.n.c.

It emits receipt of goods shipped, sending it to the order, in accordance with Presidential Decree 633/72 and of Decree Law 331/93. For the issuance of a receipt authentic information provided by the Customer. No amendment of the tax receipt will be possible after the issuance thereof.
The sale of the products takes place exclusively in Italy and in EU countries.
The cost of delivery, unless otherwise specified, are charged to the Customer and are clearly indicated in the order form. They may vary depending on the chosen method of delivery and the place of the Products.
All purchases will be delivered to the Client by GLS ITALY and sent after 2 working days after the date of conclusion of the order.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays. The company Calzaturificio MARCO IOMMI s.n.c. It is not responsible for unpredictable delays, notwithstanding that, except in cases of force majeure, the products will be delivered within a maximum of 7 (seven) days for Italy and 10 (ten) days for EU countries, from the day following that in which the customer has sent the order to the shoe factory IOMMI MARCO snc
For delivery of the goods is necessary the presence of Customer or its representative at the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
I- that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document (FA);
II- that the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of items or information must be immediately notified, a check written on the subject of the Courier’s proof of delivery. Once signed the document courier, the customer cannot make any objection about the appearance of what was delivered.
If it is not able to deliver the ordered goods due to sudden and temporary unavailability of the products, the company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c. it will promptly inform the Customer, and in any case no later than 7 (seven) days via e-mail. The amount already paid by the customer will be refunded with the same receipt of payment mode. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order.
At a time when the product will be delivered to the Courier the Customer will be notified via e-mail Dispatch Confirmation; by this time they shall commence the delivery time. This email will contain all the details related to delivery and the tracking number of the shipment, through which you can know the exact location of the package sent; you can monitor your online path in real time directly on the carrier’s website.
In order to ensure the safety of the product delivery, the company Calzaturificio Marco Iommi s.n.c. keep the tracking number of each delivery.

Shipping & taxes

In Italy the cost of shipping is EUR 7,50.
In the EU countries the cost of shipping is EUR 20,00.
The shipment of goods in a member country of the European Community are subject to VAT taxation (22%).
